This organic dressing combines 99% Italian extra virgin olive oil with natural lemon aroma and the freshness of organic lemons. The olives, harvested between October and December, are processed within 48 hours and cold-pressed mechanically to preserve their quality and properties intact. Straw yellow in color with green hues, it has the characteristic taste of olive oil enhanced by a fragrant lemon aroma. ICEA certified and subject to rigorous controls during production, it is available in 25, 50 and 75 cl glass bottles and in 500 ml tins.
