More about Extra Virgin Olive Oil:

This Italian extra virgin olive oil, ICEA certified, is made primarily from Leccino olives (80%), combined with Gentile di Chieti (15%) and other selected varieties (5%). The olives are harvested between October and December and processed within 48 hours using continuous cold mechanical extraction to best preserve quality and organoleptic characteristics. The result is an oil with a straw-yellow color with green hues and a light fruitiness, accompanied by delicate bitter notes and herbaceous hints. Stored in stainless steel tanks under nitrogen and subjected to careful controls during every stage of production, it is available in 25, 50, and 75 cl glass bottles and in 500 ml tins.
